Payment Posting Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations in a remote environment, the full-time Payment Posting Supervisor will oversee the posting, adjusting, and monitoring of patient accounts receivable while providing leadership to the Posting Leads and Specialists across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Completes posting of all payments and adjustments at the patient account level in a timely and accurate manner
• Proactively engages with operational personnel to review and resolve accounts receivable issues
• Manages employee hiring, training, performance reviews, and productivity monitoring for the posting team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field strongly preferred
• Five years of payment-posting experience in a medical setting
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of third-party billing and collection requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
