Payment Posting Supervisor
Job Summary
Leading a team of payment posting specialists, the full-time Payment Posting Supervisor will manage client accounts, analyze reports for efficiency, and drive performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Acts as the subject matter expert for client accounts, providing high-level training and support to team members
- Reviews and analyzes reports to identify trends and recommend recovery plans for denial issues
- Manages account performance, ensuring productivity targets are met for a portfolio of healthcare clients
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Payment Posting and claims within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of driving results and exceeding productivity targets and KPIs
- Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and related billing procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of the revenue cycle, with ASC billing experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience with various RCM practice management systems
