Payment Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing trip records for accuracy, the full-time Payment Workflow Specialist will ensure correct payment processing, investigate discrepancies, and conduct quality assurance checks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review trips to verify accurate payment postings and contractual agreements
• Correct posting errors and document changes for future reference
• Conduct quality assurance checks on payment posting processes and respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and basic accounting principles preferred
• Proficiency with Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office, including basic Excel functions
• Strong experience with payment posting, deposit reconciliation, and refund research
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with discretion
