Job Summary
Providing strategic legal guidance in a remote full-time capacity, the Payments and Fintech Attorney will advise on complex payment regulations, draft agreements, and support global payment operations for a leading AI-powered solutions provider.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior legal adviser for global payments businesses, guiding product design and operational decisions
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements with payment processors, financial institutions, and strategic partners
- Advise on payment regulations and develop scalable compliance approaches in partnership with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- At least 7 years of relevant legal experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to provide practical legal guidance
