Payments Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the successful onboarding and operational management of Payrailz solutions, the full-time Payments Business Analyst will act as a key liaison among Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations teams, ensuring project accuracy and efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and sales agreements for accuracy and implementation readiness
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities and manage project records to ensure timely completion
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and support billing readiness and operational processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical support setting
• Foundational knowledge in researching, writing reports, and documenting processes
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
• Associate's degree in business administration, Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of JHA products and services is a plus
