Payments Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Owning the full onboarding lifecycle for Vantaca Pay clients, the full-time Implementation Consultant for Payments will manage client setups, resolve account issues, and deliver training to ensure successful adoption and engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own Stripe setup, KYC onboarding, and portal configuration for each client launch
- Diagnose and resolve restricted account issues that block go-live
- Deliver comprehensive training to client teams and end-users while driving homeowner adoption through proactive outreach
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in implementation, project management, or related client-facing function at a software/fintech company or technical consulting firm
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools (Asana, HubSpot)
- Exposure to automation tools, AI workflows, and technical tools (e.g., SQL)
