Payments Infrastructure Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the technical roadmap for core payment processing infrastructure, the full-time remote Payments Infrastructure Product Manager will manage settlement rails, ledger systems, and banking integrations while ensuring the reliability and scalability of payment transactions across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution of the technical roadmap for payment processing infrastructure, including settlement logic and multi-currency conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate infrastructure capabilities into customer-facing features and prioritize new banking and liquidity integrations
- Define and track infrastructure health metrics, ensuring system reliability and performance while managing technical debt
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product experience, with at least 3 years in payments infrastructure or core banking systems in fintech or crypto
- Strong technical fluency and experience in architecture discussions related to APIs and distributed systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product, or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with banking partner integrations or cross-border payment rails is a plus
