Payments Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time remote Payments Operations Analyst II will manage the review of strategic deals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop expertise in payments pricing and card processing structures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the review of strategic deals in coordination with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure sound commercial and pricing decisions
• Become an expert in card processing pricing and collaborate cross-functionally to keep deal reviews on schedule
• Manage customer requests related to payments pricing and billing, including direct customer conversations and rate analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required
• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, deal support, or operations role with cross-functional exposure
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with various internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience identifying process improvement opportunities for operational efficiencies
