Job Summary
As a full-time remote Payments Operations Analyst, the successful candidate will manage daily payment operations, serve as a liaison for external payment partners, and investigate payment issues to enhance the member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day payment operations, including weekly payment cycles and accuracy controls
- Serve as a point of contact for external payment partners, addressing file delivery and issue resolution
- Analyze and resolve payment questions and issues raised by clients, members, and internal teams
Required qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in payments or healthcare operations
- Experience working with external partners or vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with file-based integrations, such as SFTP or encryption, is a plus
- A proactive communication style and a high ownership mentality in operational work
