Payments Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting daily ACH and payment processing functions, the full-time Payments Operations Specialist will monitor file transmissions, perform reconciliations, and resolve exceptions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and schedule inbound and outbound file transfers while reconciling all related information
- Provide operational support and issue resolution to customers and internal users in a professional manner
- Assist with ACH research and manage operational escalations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry or payment operations role
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST, with occasional Sunday and holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Experience with ACH and Check-related inquiries and dispute resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications
