Job Summary

Leading the strategy for Guild's payment network, the full-time salaried Payments Product Management Director will manage a team of product managers to enhance payment modalities and optimize funding services, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy for Guild's payment network, including virtual cards and reimbursement modalities
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting high standards for product quality and operational rhythm
• Guide product development from concept to scaling, ensuring quick iterations and high-stakes decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, specifically in payments products at fintech or payments companies
• 5+ years of experience managing product managers and developing high-performing teams
• Fluency in card issuing and money movement mechanics, with experience in cross-border payments preferred
• Proven track record in executing multi-year payments strategies and managing vendor partnerships
• Strong financial fluency with the ability to build and defend financial models and engage with finance teams
