Payments Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading multiple teams in a remote full-time capacity, the Payments Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, handle escalated issues, enforce policies, and train team members to meet production and quality goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set team and individual goals in collaboration with Payments leadership and communicate production expectations
• Identify training opportunities and assist in developing training materials for team members and new hires
• Oversee escalation issues, ensuring quality and compliance in team outputs

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of management or equivalent leadership experience
• Must have Debt Settlement experience
• Detailed knowledge of creditor guidelines and the debt settlement process
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Quality Control experience is a plus
