Payroll Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and hands-on, the temporary Payroll Accounting Manager will manage global payroll accounting, oversee outsourced payroll providers, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies and review payroll reports for accuracy
• Ensure timely recording of payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll-related accounts
• Monitor compliance with local payroll tax regulations and support corporate audit requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate accounting, including international payroll accounting
• Preferred 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience or solid internal control knowledge
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office tools and G-Suite
