Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting accurate and compliant payroll operations remotely, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing, administer Workday Payroll, and resolve complex payroll issues while ensuring adherence to tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process end-to-end U.S. payroll and assist with international payroll activities
• Analyze payroll data for discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Administer Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, including payroll processing and timekeeping audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, with 3+ years using Workday payroll modules
• Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax compliance
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions
• Proven ability to manage complexity in a global payroll environment
