Job Summary
Supporting accurate and compliant payroll operations remotely, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing, administer Workday Payroll, and resolve complex payroll issues while ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process end-to-end U.S. payroll and assist with international payroll activities
- Analyze payroll data for discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Administer Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, including payroll processing and timekeeping audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, with 3+ years using Workday payroll modules
- Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax compliance
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions
- Proven ability to manage complexity in a global payroll environment
