Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Payroll Analyst will analyze, audit, and process payroll information for over 10,000 employees, primarily working remotely with occasional meetings in Hopkins, MN.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and verify timekeeping records and hours worked for accuracy
• Process payroll-related data, including wages, bonuses, and overtime, in a timely manner
• Analyze and reconcile payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar payroll processing role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Solid understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations
