Job Summary
To enhance payroll operations, the full-time remote Payroll Analyst will develop audits, provide guidance on payroll processes, and ensure excellent customer service by addressing payroll inquiries while assisting with bi-weekly payroll processing.
Key responsibilities
- Perform internal audits of payroll, HR-OPS, and benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Analyze complex payroll matters and authorize exceptions to policies as needed
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll operations and enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of payroll processing experience for organizations with over 5,000 employees
- Working knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and compliance
- Experience in providing customer service to internal and external clients
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
