Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day payroll operations, the remote Payroll Analyst will manage the full payroll cycle, ensure compliance and accuracy, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processes for assigned employee populations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordinate with teams and partners to validate and process payroll data, including new hires and terminations
• Support payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and prepare payroll reports and documentation

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Hebrew, French, or Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant payroll or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
