Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance team in a remote capacity, the Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing, reporting, compliance, and employee services while ensuring accurate and scalable payroll operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for exempt employees, including corrections, commissions, and bonuses
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies for each pay period
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and employment verifications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related work experience in payroll
• Experience with UKG (UltiPro) payroll software
• Solid understanding of payroll laws and multi-jurisdiction taxation
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
