Payroll Analyst with FPC/CPP Certification

Job Summary

To support the Payroll & Implementation teams, the full-time Payroll Analyst with FPC/CPP Certification will manage system configuration, conduct payroll testing, and provide exceptional service to clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of global payroll compliance and collaborates with implementation teams to configure payroll modules for new clients
• Customizes payroll workflows in Salesforce CRM and performs parallel payroll testing to ensure accurate payroll code calculations
• Creates training resources and conducts timecard training for client managers and employees, ensuring proper payroll and benefit plan setups

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
• 7+ years of US and Global payroll processing experience, including payroll implementation and system configuration
• Strong knowledge of payroll technologies, particularly ADP Workforce Now; experience with Paylocity and Rippling is a plus
• FPC/CPP certification is required
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external parties
