Job Summary
Owning the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and vendor payments, the full-time Payroll and Accounts Payable Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll taxes, and oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing across all pay cycles, including new hires, terminations, and off-cycle runs
- Calculate, reconcile, and remit payroll taxes, garnishments, and benefits deductions while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Oversee the accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, GL coding, and timely vendor payments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on payroll and/or accounts payable experience
- Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage-and-hour compliance
- Experience with a payroll platform and an ERP/accounting system
- Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel
