Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the remote Payroll Corrections Specialist will manage the payroll corrections process, monitor client inquiries, and ensure timely project delivery while working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Payroll Corrections Queue and manage client expectations within Service Cloud
• Audit, troubleshoot, and process incoming correction requests and system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll operations

Required qualifications

• Payroll-related experience
• Strong payroll tax knowledge and understanding of payroll tax return filing requirements
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize duties and manage time effectively
