Payroll Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of payroll implementations, the full-time Payroll Implementation Consultant will guide customers through setup and validation processes remotely, ensuring accurate first payroll runs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll implementations from kickoff through go-live and first payroll runs
• Deliver consultative training to customers for independent payroll operation and reporting
• Collaborate with Time and HR consultants to ensure integrated implementation across services

Required qualifications

• Payroll experience in implementation, processing, or customer-facing support
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or commitment to earn it with support
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple implementations
• Familiarity with SaaS or HCM platforms and payroll data migration (preferred)
