Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support client onboarding and integration, the full-time Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage the implementation of iSolved products, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients from their previous payroll systems, while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Implementations team to ensure projects are on schedule and communicate progress to management
• Engage with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure accurate transfer to Client Services
• Document the implementation process and maintain project plans and checklists in the Payroll Shared Drive

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience in a complex environment, including multiple pay groups and cycles
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
• Experience with at least two payroll/HCM systems, with iSolved experience strongly preferred
• American Payroll Association certification (FPC or CPP) preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively
