Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the transition from ADP to UKG Payroll, the part-time temporary UKG Payroll Implementation Specialist will manage payroll configuration, data conversion, testing, and validation while ensuring day-to-day payroll operations continue smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the Payroll subject matter expert during the UKG implementation
• Assist with the transition to biweekly payroll and the new Saturday-Friday workweek
• Develop and perform payroll testing, validate data, and troubleshoot issues during the go-live phase

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Experience with UKG Payroll and/or UKG Workforce Management
• Proven experience supporting a payroll system implementation
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, and taxes
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
