Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure successful implementation of client payroll services, the full-time remote Payroll Implementation Specialist will serve as the initial payroll contact, manage payroll module testing, and conduct client and internal user training while participating in process improvement and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the testing of payroll-related modules and workflows for client implementations
• Provide training to clients and internal users on payroll systems and processes
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives and resolve payroll-related issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll analytics, or payroll system development
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or data analytics
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll processing platforms, specifically UKG Ready
