Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Bringing a builder mindset to client configurations, the full-time Payroll Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementations of payroll tax products, deliver training sessions, and ensure successful adoption of solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client implementations by applying product expertise to configure and deliver accurate payroll solutions
• Conduct group presentations and training sessions to empower clients in using Asure Software effectively
• Manage all stages of implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction through effective coordination

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in US payroll and/or tax processing support
• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated account ownership service model
• Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles
• CPP, FPC, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
