Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic implementation team, the full-time remote Payroll Implementation Specialist will assist new clients in preparing for payroll by gathering necessary information, setting up standard payroll projects, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and verify documents for new payroll projects before setup
• Set up standard payroll projects and manage routine client requests using established procedures
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ year in implementation or project onboarding
• Experience supporting accounting or business operations preferred
• Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
