Payroll Integrations Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of payroll data integrations during client onboarding, the full-time Payroll Integrations Analyst will manage requirements gathering, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own all phases of payroll implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing of inbound and outbound payroll files
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and payroll vendors, translating business needs into clear technical documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and payroll vendors, providing status updates and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payroll integrations, data integration, or a related analyst role with hands-on experience supporting multiple payroll platforms
• Strong understanding of payroll file formats and data structures, with experience in large-scale data auditing
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business and technical requirements effectively
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
