Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading global payroll operations, the full-time remote Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy for employees across multiple countries while managing a payroll team and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for domestic and international employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Partner with HR Operations to support global payroll strategy and compliance initiatives, while administering payroll through ADP Workforce Now
• Conduct payroll audits and maintain oversight of payroll tax registrations and compliance with applicable regulations

Required qualifications

• 7 or more years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and managing payroll for multi-state or multinational organizations
• Advanced knowledge of payroll compliance, regulatory requirements, and payroll accounting processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Global Payroll Management certification preferred
