Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading accurate and compliant payroll operations for a complex, multi-state workforce, the full-time Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, manage compensation calculations, and develop the payroll team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for a multi-state workforce
• Prepare, reconcile, validate, and import payroll data from multiple systems and sources
• Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team while establishing clear expectations and accountability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including complex payroll processing
• 2+ years of payroll leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll processing and troubleshooting
• Experience managing multi-state payroll and knowledge of wage-and-hour requirements
• Advanced Excel skills with experience reconciling and analyzing large datasets
