Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Managed Services Team, the full-time Payroll Processing Analyst will manage payroll processing, tax reporting, and audits for multiple clients while providing support through calls and emails in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, process, oversee, and audit bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients
- Review and ensure accuracy of timecards, deductions, and health insurance while addressing payroll-related inquiries
- Complete monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts related to payroll and prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrable experience in payroll processing, preferably with SAP ECP
- Customer service experience with a focus on issue resolution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate recommendations for improvement
- Available to work nights and weekends occasionally
