Job Summary
As a full-time remote Payroll Product Manager on the Payroll Core team, the successful candidate will own the product vision and roadmap for payroll frameworks and AI-powered experiences, while identifying opportunities for product development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and market trends to identify new product feature development opportunities
- Utilize AI tools and large language models to accelerate product development and improve workflows
- Coordinate with Software Engineering, UX, and other teams to ensure successful rollout of new customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management for SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive alignment within a large organization
- Experience working collaboratively across different teams and departments
- Skilled in understanding customer needs and advocating for their interests in product development
