Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, the remote Payroll Representative II will deliver exceptional customer support, resolve payroll-related inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate service using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify payroll issues, conduct research, and provide effective solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Write emails and lead video meetings with clients and other remote team members
• Create payroll import templates for clients using Excel
