Payroll Shared Services Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the Payroll team remotely, the full-time Payroll Shared Services Representative will manage multi-state payroll inquiries, process payroll adjustments, and ensure accurate and timely payments to associates.

Key responsibilities

• Process ServiceNow requests from HR Services and business partners while meeting service level agreements
• Manage payroll and time and attendance queues, monitoring tickets and addressing workload concerns
• Maintain accurate payroll records and train field management on time and attendance processes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of payroll processing and administration experience, including multi-state payroll requirements
• Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
