Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees across multiple U.S. states, Canada, and Puerto Rico with accuracy and compliance
- Stay updated on federal, state, and international payroll regulations and tax laws
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-state and international payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international payroll regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in Paylocity and ADP payroll software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent certification is a plus
