Job Summary

Owning the full payroll process for assigned clients, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage payroll administration tasks accurately and on time while working remotely and utilizing advanced payroll technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete payroll process for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, and Salesforce CRM for payroll administration
• Deliver high-quality service to achieve client satisfaction scores of 9 or higher

Required qualifications:

• Experience with multi-client payroll and payroll technology
• Ability to manage multiple clients under deadline pressure
• Commitment to quality work and a strong drive for excellence
• Preferred college degree, though not required
