Job Summary
Supporting the organization's payroll functions, the full-time remote Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Administers payroll processing and collects payroll data to maintain accurate records
- Handles employee timesheets, benefits, and payroll information, including compensation and deductions
- Collaborates with the Senior Payroll Manager on payroll-related paperwork and responds to payroll inquiries
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of payroll experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to quickly learn payroll software; Workday and ADP Smart compliance experience preferred
