Job Summary
Providing direct support and consulting to payroll clients, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage client relationships, ensure accurate payroll processing, and maintain knowledge of payroll practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate payroll information and resolve discrepancies within payroll systems
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by consulting on payroll-related matters
- Support new client implementations and train clients on payroll processes as necessary
Required qualifications:
- 2-year degree preferred or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with ADP software platforms is desirable
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills
