Job Summary
Providing direct support and consulting to payroll clients, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage client relationships, ensure accurate payroll processing, and maintain knowledge of payroll practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of client payroll information and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Establish strong client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining confidentiality of employee data
- Assist in new client implementation projects and train clients on payroll processes as necessary
Required qualifications
- 2-year degree preferred or 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with ADP software platforms is desirable
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
