Job Summary
Providing direct support to payroll clients, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage client relationships, ensure accurate payroll processing, and maintain knowledge of payroll practices and laws while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of client payroll information and resolve discrepancies
- Review and process payrolls, including updating employee records and reconciling payroll deposits
- Establish strong client relationships and provide technical software support
Required qualifications:
- 2-year degree preferred or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with ADP software platforms is desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
