Job Summary
To provide comprehensive payroll processing support, the full-time remote Managed Payroll Specialist will manage multiple clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues while configuring Workday payroll components and supporting year-end processes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the named Specialist for Managed Payroll customers, supporting payroll, tax, and garnishment needs as required
- Manage daily case responses to meet service level agreements and maintain high client satisfaction
- Lead client calls and assist with new client transitions, while troubleshooting payroll audit reports and implementing remedial procedures
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, including research and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of customer experience with proven operational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, including multi-jurisdiction tax and year-end support
