Job Summary
Supporting Healthcare Support Staffing, the full-time Payroll Specialist will manage payroll data updates, conduct timesheet audits, and oversee the payroll team's inbox while collaborating with payroll leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Update payroll transaction records and ensure timely submission of timesheets
- Review and enter field staff timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Monitor and respond to multiple Outlook inboxes professionally and promptly
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in in-house payroll processing, preferably in healthcare or staffing
- Familiarity with payroll practices, including taxes and withholding
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Bullhorn/BTE preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
