Job Summary
Supporting a growing payroll function, the full-time Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll processing, tax activities, reporting, and employee inquiries in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll processing by reviewing and reconciling payroll data for accuracy
- Assist with U.S., Canadian, and UK payroll administration and payroll tax activities, including research and resolution of issues
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders and respond to employee payroll inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2-5 years of payroll experience in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting payroll for a multi-state U.S. employee population
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- U.S. and Canadian payroll experience required; UK payroll experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
