Payroll Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growth of a high-impact fintech organization, the remote Payroll Systems Analyst will streamline payroll operations, design tools for multi-country payroll management, and ensure data quality across systems while collaborating with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Defining and strengthening payroll processes by mapping current operations and identifying inefficiencies
• Building an in-house payroll-to-finance reconciliation tool to automate data ingestion and exception reporting
• Providing support for HRIS-to-payroll data flows and conducting regular audits to maintain payroll data quality

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and French
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll operations, or payroll accounting in a multi-country organization
• Hands-on experience reconciling payroll to the general ledger and understanding end-to-end payroll processes
• Advanced knowledge of data management, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
