Job Summary
Managing end-to-end Power of Attorney (POA) and Third-Party Authorization (TPA) activities, the full-time Payroll Tax Case Administrator will ensure timely processing of authorization requests, maintain compliance with jurisdictional requirements, and provide case-handling support during high-volume periods while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the POA and TPA process, including reviewing requests, preparing forms, and tracking status through completion
- Coordinate with tax agencies and internal teams to resolve authorization-related issues and maintain accurate records of activities
- Assist with tax case handling during high-volume periods to reduce aged cases and maintain queue health
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 year of tax experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
