PBM Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of eligibility and claims data processes, the remote PBM Operations Associate will manage file feeds, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support eligibility and accumulator file feeds from implementation through ongoing operations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of claims extract data to external stakeholders
• Collaborate with various internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience considered for exceptional candidates
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, PBM, health plan, or data/eligibility operations
• Working knowledge of Excel and experience with eligibility, accumulator, or claims file feeds
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and troubleshoot data discrepancies
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment
