P&C Actuary Consultant

Job Summary

Executing projects in support of reserving insurance business, the fully remote P&C Actuary Consultant II will apply actuarial and statistical standards to develop and implement reserving methodologies and modeling techniques of moderate complexity, collaborating with analytics management and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Leverages understanding of insurance business and regulatory environments to inform business strategies
• Reviews and ensures quality of data used for actuarial and statistical services across various tools and applications
• Manages projects of moderate complexity, communicating analysis results and recommendations to management and non-technical users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active pursuit of Casualty Actuarial Society exams is required
• 2 or more years of relevant experience preferred
