Job Summary
Serving as the lead executive advisor to high-profile clients, the full-time remote P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive will manage multi-line programs, drive strategic growth initiatives, and act as a mentor to junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic risk management plans and oversee high-level client interactions
- Drive account growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities while achieving revenue targets
- Maintain market expertise and represent the firm at industry events as a thought leader
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance and strategic risk management
- Proven success managing large, complex client accounts at an executive level
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including specialty markets
- Extensive network of senior carrier relationships and negotiation skills for unique coverage structures
- Active P&C and L&H licenses required; advanced certifications preferred
