P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive

Job Summary

Leading high-profile client engagements, the full-time P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive will serve as the primary advisor for complex accounts, develop strategic risk management plans, and oversee multi-line insurance programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead executive advisor to high-profile clients, managing board presentations, contract negotiations, and enterprise risk assessments
• Drive strategic growth of assigned accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams
• Maintain industry expertise, negotiate specialized coverage terms, and represent the firm at industry events as a thought leader

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance and strategic risk management
• Proven success managing large, multi-line client accounts at an executive level
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including specialty markets
• Extensive network of senior carrier relationships and strong negotiation skills
• Active P&C and L&H licenses required; advanced certifications such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, CEBS, or ARM preferred
