Job Summary
Leading high-profile client relationships, the full-time P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive will develop strategic risk management plans, oversee multi-line insurance programs, and drive growth initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead executive advisor for high-profile clients, managing complex accounts and ensuring comprehensive coverage alignment
- Drive strategic growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and assessing profitability
- Act as a thought leader and strategic liaison with carriers, representing the firm at industry events and participating in product development initiatives
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance and strategic risk management
- Proven success managing large, multi-line client accounts at an executive level
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including niche markets
- Extensive network of senior carrier relationships with negotiation experience
- Active P&C and L&H licenses required; advanced certifications preferred
